On the 6th of January, New Year and Christmas mood was spread over the residential complex Dirsi.

At 13:00 special entertainment for the kids was held. We arranged a New Year village, entertainment program, face painting and many other surprises for the kids. Grandfather Frost, Santa Claus, elves and all-beloved characters created a festive mood for the kids. You might be surprised, but the adults had a great time too.

Special guests attended the event: the children of the Organization “Child, Family, Society”, with disabilities, teenagers and socially unprotected families.

A surprise was waiting for the guests of all ages – Goofyland arranged a beautiful end of the beautiful day and entertained the guests with their songs.

Though these surprises were not all…

Dirsi disclosed one more pleasant news for the dwellers – a famous Hollywood Georgian actor will become their neighbour. At the beginning of the concert Mr. Merab Ninidze told the guests about it.

The career of Merab Ninidze started with the legendary Georgian movie – “Repentance”, it continued afterwards on the international arena, including Hollywood. His movie “Nowhere in Africa”, in which he participated in 2011, won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.

Since the current year Merab Ninidze will be a face of Dirsi Residential Complex. It means that he will be a frequent visitor and an active participant in the events and the commercials.

And the main surprise for our customers: as you now in the framework of the New Year action (discount is still going on till the 15th of January), we have prepared a special intellectual-sport contest for the buyers of the apartments. Six lucky and the most successful customers had an opportunity to win great prizes.

Treasure Hunt was more amusing than it had been planned:

On the first stage the participants received the same, specially drawn up, labyrinth, with the help of which they had to find a building of the treasure. When they got to the building, there was a new puzzle for them to find the way to the floors of the treasure. Each prize was locked in a box and hidden in one of the apartments on different floors. In each box there was a symbolic subject appropriate for the prize. The boxes were opened during the concert together with Merab Ninidze. There were 6 prizes:

• Vasil Oniani will have unforgettable days in Borjomi “Crown Plaza”;
• Khatuna Doguzashvili will rest will her family on the Lake Lopota;
• The owners of the travel voucher for 2000 GEL from Tourist Agency Next Travel became Irma Beraia;
• A voucher of 3000 GEL for technical appliances in Metromart was handed to Diana Kvinikadze;
• A voucher of 3000 GEL for furniture won Merab Dukashvili;
• The keys of the grand prize Kia Rio were handed to Davit Jijavadze.

At the end of this emotional day Goofyland held a concert.
